GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PRIVATE SALES

1st Step: Determination of the price setting
Our agent CELAUR proceeds to the expertise of the property. In agreement with the seller, the price setting is determined by a minimum discount of 30% on the market value of the property. This new price allows the seller to offer the sale of his property at an attractive price.

2nd step: Establishment of the sales file
The agent CELAUR is required to gather all the preliminary parts necessary for the establishment of the specifications which describes in detail the nature of the good and the modalities of sale: state of the good, possible easements, regulation of co-ownership, diagnostics real estate, state mortgage, costs borne by the buyer ... A specific mandate is made between the agent and the seller to determine these new conditions of sale.

3rd step: Determining the sales schedule
The dates of visits are given on the internet for a given period directly on the announcement as well as the information concerning the beginning and the end of the offers. Only customers who have visited the properties will be able to participate in private offers.

4th step: Participation in private offers
The offers are directly (and only) transmitted by Internet on the site www.celaurimmo.com. Each of them will be studied with the seller according to the determination of the price and the means of financing proposed. The seller retains the option of refusing tenders submitted if they do not reach the reserve price and if the file is insufficient. A deadline of 7 days maximum from the end of the offers is retained for the study and the acceptance or not of the proposed files.
